Installing RNMRTK requires choosing a location for the software, setting up the PATH environ, and (more than likely) modifying system parameters to increase the amount of memory that can be allocated to a shared memory section. Installation is easiest using the rnmrtk_install.com script. The script works for both Mac OSX and Linux.
